Parisian apartment crush

I am going to Paris. Can't believe it yet, but I have the tickets ready, 

so it must be true. So pardonnez-moi, but I won't be blogging till next Monday!

Paris will require all of my attention. Especially the Parisian croissants and the macarons. 

I am aware that this stunning home has already travelled the blogosphere and 

pinterest-verse, but I had to show it here, no matter how belatedly. 

One should imagine that it decorating a backdrop like this (the panels! the doors! 

the floors!) is something of a no-brainer. The trick is not to overdo it, which is 

exactly what the owners have done, choosing the objects carefully. 

The result is truly unique, refined and liveable. Well they are,

 as you'd expect, no ordinary couple, but owners of architecture&design

 practice Gilles&Boissier. The kitchen is my favorite - love the clever 

combination of textures.

Aš važiuoju į Paryžių. Pati negaliu patikėti, bet turiu bilietus, taigi tai turi būti tiesa. 

Todėl pardonnez-moi, bet nieko nerašysiu iki pirmadienio! Paryžiui reikės viso

mano dėmesio... Ypač jo croissant'ams ir macarons'ams. 

Žinau, kad šis nuostabus Paryžiaus butas jau svečiavosi šimtuose blogų ir pinterest 

profilių, bet turėjau jį turėti čia, kad ir kaip pavėluotai. Atrodytų, kad įrengti

tokį butą kaip šis (tie paneliai, tos durys, tos grindys!) turėtų būti lengva. Bet man atrodo, 

kad savininkai rado aukso viduriuką - dekoravo išskirtiniais objektais, "neapkrovė".

 Rezultatas išties unikalus, rafinuotas ir tuo pačiu funkcionalus. Žinoma, 

kaip ir reikėtų tikėtis, jie ne šiaip pilki tipai, o architektūros ir dizaino studijos 

"Gilles&Boissier" įkūrėjai. Mane turbūt labiausiai žavi itin apgalvotas

 tekstūrų žaismas virtuvėje.
