Wooden walls and floors in the bathroom may not seem
like the most practical idea. I have read however that with
thermal processing there is hardly any risk of wood getting stained or
rotting. Apartently, one can even install a heating system under wood floors.

Warm wood hues are certainly a welcome addition to cold tile, stone or
concrete bathrooms. I would definitely go for wood floors in my dream country
home (having opted for marble in my dream city abode)... I've allowed myself
a little daydreaming here... OK, back to work now...

Medinės sienos ar grindys vonioje neatrodo labai praktiška idėja,
tačiau modernios terminio apdorojimo technikos jau leidžia nebedrebėti dėl puvinių
ir grybelių. Po medinėmis grindimis vonioje net galima instaliuoti šildymo sistemą.
Medžio tonai tikrai sušildo keramikinėmis plytelėmis, akmens ploštėmis
arba betonu padengtus vonios kambarius. Aš mielai rinkčiausi medines grindis savo
svajonių kaimo sodybai (nes miesto namams jau išsirinkau marmurą...)
Truputis svajonių penktadienį dar niekam nepakenkė...
Grįžtam prie darbo...
