For many years, Børge Mogensen's widow preserved their home in Copenhagen as it had
been when her very talented husband was alive. I love the incredible sense of harmony,
the light, the chairs, the artwork...but most of all, the sofas! Theirs is such a simple and
timeless design. Mogensen's style is usually labelled as "functional", but I think "graceful"
is a much more appropriate word.

Kopenhagoje tokius pat, kokie buvo jam esant gyvam. Viskas man čia patinka: spalvų,
formų ir tekstūrų harmonija, kėdės, meno kūriniai, ir ypač, sofos - jų dizainas toks grakštus,
paprastas ir nepavaldus laikui. Mogenseno stilius paprastai vadinamas "funkcionaliu", bet man
atrodo, kad "taurus" tiktų labiau.
